What can I use the proxy service for?
You can use it for lawful tasks such as data collection, ad verification, localization checks, brand protection and QA testing. You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware or abuse of third-party systems. See our Terms of Service.
Which protocols and authentication methods are supported?
HTTP and SOCKS5 are supported. Each account receives its own username and password, which can be used in browsers, scripts and proxy-aware tools.
Can I choose the location of the proxy?
Yes. Depending on the pool, you can target a country, city, state or ASN. Availability varies by location; we confirm what is available for your workload before you pay.
How is traffic measured and billed?
Traffic is prepaid in whole gigabytes and deducted from your account balance as you use it. Your portal shows the remaining balance and usage history for each account.
How fast is access delivered after payment?
Provisioning is automatic after payment confirmation and typically completes within minutes. If anything needs manual review, we will contact you using the email address on your order.
Do you keep logs of the content I access?
We do not access or store the content of your traffic. We retain account, order and usage records needed for billing, security and support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are reviewed manually. Unfulfilled orders are refundable in full; for delivered orders we review the remaining balance and traffic already used. Read the full Refund Policy.
Do you offer higher volumes or custom arrangements?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for larger commitments. Contact support@vovoproxy.com with your expected volume and target locations.
