Terms of Service

1. The service

VoVoProxy sells prepaid proxy traffic across four pools: datacenter, residential, premium residential and mobile. Traffic is sold in whole gigabytes and charged in US dollars at the rate agreed in your quote or shown at checkout. We provide account credentials that let you route requests through the selected pool using HTTP or SOCKS5.

The service is a proxy traffic service. We do not provide websites, content, data sets or any third-party product, and we are not affiliated with the websites you choose to access.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the information you provide to us and for keeping it accurate and current.
• Account credentials are confidential. You must not share them publicly, and you are responsible for all activity performed with your credentials.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, one active account per customer per proxy pool is provided. Additional accounts require our approval.

3. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are quoted in US dollars and charged per gigabyte. The price confirmed in your written quote or at checkout applies to that order.
• Traffic is prepaid. We create or top up your account after payment is confirmed by our third-party payment processor.
• Payments are processed by a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor. We do not receive or store private keys, wallet recovery phrases or full payment credentials.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees applicable to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.
• Once traffic has been credited to your account, it is available for use and is not transferable to another person or account except as we agree in writing.

4. Provisioning, traffic balance and use

• Accounts and credentials are provisioned automatically after payment confirmation. Where an order requires manual review, we will contact you using the email address on your order.
• Traffic usage is measured in gigabytes and deducted from your account balance. Usage records are available in your portal.
• You are responsible for configuring your tools correctly. We are not responsible for traffic consumed because of misconfiguration on your side.
• Location and targeting options depend on pool availability. We confirm what is available before you pay, but we do not guarantee that any specific location, carrier, city or ASN will remain available at all times.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation or court order;
• infringe the rights of any person, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive communications;
• distribute malware, ransomware or other harmful code;
• commit fraud, identity theft or payment fraud;
• attack, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account, or to test the security of a system without permission;
• collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws;
• circumvent access controls, paywalls or technical restrictions in violation of third-party terms or applicable law; or
• resell the service without our prior written consent.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts as described in section 9.

6. Third-party websites and services

You are solely responsible for your interactions with third-party websites, applications and services that you access through the proxy service, including compliance with their terms and policies. We do not control those third parties, and some of them may block, restrict or challenge proxy traffic. We do not guarantee that any particular website or service will accept requests made through our proxies.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service and perform maintenance when needed. However, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error- free operation or a specific uptime level unless we agree to one in a separate written agreement. We may change, improve or discontinue features, pools or targeting options, and we will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects an active balance.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, unfulfilled orders are refundable in full, while delivered traffic is reviewed manually based on the remaining account balance and traffic already used.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if:

• you materially breach these Terms, including the acceptable use rules;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, illegal activity or a security risk;
• a payment is reversed, disputed or cannot be verified; or
• we are required to do so by law, a court order or a competent authority.

Where practicable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to respond before terminating. If we terminate for your breach or suspected abuse, unused traffic may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Refunds, if any, are assessed under the Refund Policy. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any target website, application or network will accept proxy traffic.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to purchases and use after the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service where practicable. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where VoVoProxy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
